For the 2009-2010 TM year, the husband and wife team of Khai Eng and Rex Tyler were Governors of Area 4 and 44 - respectively. They decided to combine the semi-annual offices training for Area 4 & 44 clubs.
Rose Marie Calder from Vale Speakers was one of the presenters. The theme of the session was techinques for using Public Relations to promote our Clubs.
